Green Heaven Bungalows
1. Booking
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed after confirmation by us and/or payment, depending on the selected booking option.
2. Prices
Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and booking conditions.
The final price is confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Payment
We accept:
- Online payment via booking system
- Cash payment (when agreed)
Payment conditions will be shown during booking or communicated directly.
4. Cancellation
Standard booking
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.
Non-refundable booking (optional discount)
Guests may optionally choose a non-refundable rate with a 10% discount.
By selecting this option:
- The booking cannot be cancelled
- No refund will be provided
- Full amount may be charged
This option is voluntary and clearly shown during booking.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Late arrival is always possible.
Please inform us about your expected arrival time so we can be on-site for check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
6. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only upon prior request and confirmation.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalows.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
8. Quiet Hours
Please respect other guests and keep noise levels low between:
9:00 PM and 7:00 AM
9. Children
Children are welcome.
We kindly ask all guests to ensure that other guests are not disturbed.
10. Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- correct booking information
- respectful use of the property
- damages caused during stay
- following house rules and local laws
11. Liability
Green Heaven Bungalows is not responsible for:
- loss of personal belongings
- accidents outside our control
- weather conditions
- transport delays
- third-party services
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
The version valid at the time of booking applies.
