Yes – that's exactly what I offer at Green Heaven Bungalows. My beachfront bungalow The Beach has direct sand access and sunset views from your bed. The Sunset bungalows are 15 metres from the water with full sea views. The Retreat bungalows are 30 metres from the beach with a separate living room and two balconies. All are on Koh Samui's quiet west coast at Laem Yai Beach, facing west – so every evening is a front-row sunset.
When you book directly with me, there are no platform fees – which means the same bungalow costs you less. You also get a direct line to me from the moment you book: faster replies, more flexibility, and a more personal experience from day one.
I believe in being fair. My standard policy allows free cancellation up to 1 day before check-in – I want you to book with confidence. You also have the option to choose a non-refundable rate and save 10%. It helps me with planning, and the saving goes straight to you.
It's one of the best places on the island for couples who want to truly slow down. The west coast is quieter than Chaweng or Lamai – no party noise, no tourist buses. You get private beach access, extraordinary sunsets every evening, and my beach bonfire service for truly romantic evenings. Most of my guests are couples, and many come back.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you'd like a late check-out, just message me the day before – I'll always try to make it work depending on availability. A quick message with your departure time is always appreciated so I can come and say goodbye if I'm nearby.
The Beach is directly on the sand – step off your terrace and you're there. The Sunset is 15 metres from the water – close enough to hear the waves. The Retreat is 30 metres away – still a short stroll, with partial sea views from the rear balcony and kitchen. All three face west for spectacular sunsets.
Absolutely – I have fast fibre internet throughout the property and I take this very seriously. Many of my guests work remotely and the connection is consistently strong and reliable. Work in the morning, beach in the afternoon.
I'm at Laem Yai Beach, Ang Thong – on Koh Samui's west coast, right next to the Four Seasons Resort. It's about 40 minutes from Koh Samui Airport by taxi. I also offer airport and ferry port transfers – just ask when you book.
Yes, free private parking is available on-site. That said, I'd recommend renting a scooter from me – it's the most enjoyable way to explore the island, and I deliver it right to your door.
