Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

Bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is firmly confirmed as soon as we receive a deposit of 30 percent of the total price.

2. Prices

Prices depend on season, availability and the conditions chosen. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Payment

The 30 percent deposit is paid by bank transfer or via Wise.

The remaining balance is settled on arrival, in cash, by Wise or by bank transfer. There is no need to pay the balance in advance.

4. Changing dates and cancellation

Up to 7 days before arrival you may move your booking to new dates once, free of charge. The deposit is credited in full towards the new dates.

If you do not take up the new dates either, the deposit expires. In the event of an outright cancellation the deposit expires as well. No further costs arise for you.

For bookings made through a booking platform, that platform's own conditions apply.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

Late arrival is always possible. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can welcome you. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome upon prior request and confirmation.

7. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the bungalows. It is allowed in the outdoor areas.

8. Quiet hours

Please be considerate of other guests between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

9. Children

Children are very welcome. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.

10. Guest obligations

Guests are responsible for providing correct booking details, treating the property with care, any damage caused during the stay, and observing the house rules and local laws.

11. Liability

Green Heaven Bungalows is not liable for the loss of personal belongings, accidents outside our control, weather events, transport delays or third-party services.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version valid at the time of booking applies.
